Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or engaging YourNext Electrician for any electrical services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Quotations

All quotations provided by YourNext Electrician are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quoted prices are GST inclusive for residential work and GST exclusive for commercial work unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen conditions are discovered once work commences.

Payment Terms

For residential work, payment is due on completion of work unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. For commercial work, payment terms are 14 days from the date of invoice. Deposits may be required for large-value projects and will be outlined in the quotation.

Licensing and Compliance

All electrical work carried out by YourNext Electrician is performed by licensed electricians (EC 15692) in compliance with AS/NZS 3000 and current Western Australian regulations. Certificates of compliance are provided for all notifiable electrical work as required by law.

Warranty

All workmanship is backed by a standard warranty. Materials and products installed are subject to the manufacturer's own warranty terms. If you experience any issues with work we have performed, please contact us and we will rectify the matter promptly.

Access to Property

The client is responsible for providing safe and clear access to the work area. If access is restricted or conditions are unsafe, we reserve the right to cease work until the issue is resolved. Any additional costs arising from access difficulties will be communicated before additional work proceeds.

Limitation of Liability

YourNext Electrician holds public liability insurance. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law.
